According to one Us Weekly spywitness, “in one scene, Spears (who wears tight, black leather pants and fake tattoos on her arms in the video) lies on a kitchen counter and later straddles and makes out with a man dressed in business suit. The scene continues with Spears sucking on cherries or dangling them around her mouth, all while straddling and crawling all over the man, the witness says. Spears worked up a sweat — her black bob wig was rubbing off on her forehead, says the witness — and an appetite.”

The 47-year-old actress was arrested Saturday night in Santa Barbara for “driving erratically” upon leaving a parking lot.

According to The Associated Press, Heather was booked on suspicion of driving under the influence of prescription medication. She was later released without having to post bail.

Heather Locklear was arrested Saturday night on suspicion of drunk driving in Montecito, police said Sunday morning.

The 47-year-old actress was reportedly released on Sunday, but only a few details of the charges were released.

Locklear was arrested by the California Highway Patrol and booked around 8 p.m., the LA Times reported Sgt. Alex Tipolt of the Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Department as revealing.

Back in June, the former Melrose Place star checked herself into a psychological treatment facility in Arizona.

“Heather has been dealing with anxiety and depression. She requested an in-depth evaluation of her medication and entered into a medical facility for proper diagnosis and treatment,” Locklear’s rep, Cece Yorke, said in June.

Us Weekly adds the small wedding took place at a remote wilderness resort outside Vancouver. Guests included Scarlett’s mother, Melanie Sloan, and her brother, Adrian Johansson.

The couple had announced their engagement in May. This is the first marriage for both.

Scarlett, 23, and Ryan, 31, have been romantically linked for about one year. Ryan called off his engagement to singer Alanis Morissette back in February 2007. Scarlett dated actor Josh Hartnett for about two years until the end of 2006.
