A fashionably dressed Nicole Richie arrives at a house in West Hollywood, carrying in her 10-month-old daughter Harlow for a playdate.

Singer pal Christina Aguilera recently got parenting tips from Nicole. Xtina told FOX, “I didn’t know much about Nicole, but because our little ones are born one day apart and through mutual friends I’ve had the opportunity of getting to know her and I was blown away with how great of a mom she is… I actually ask her for advice because she has a lot of great things that she does for her little one. She’s even a little more stricter with battery operated toys and what not, she’s a great woman.”

The couple kicked off the holiday season with the illumination of the UNICEF Snowflake and the 20 Baccarat chandeliers that grace Rodeo Drive.

Nicole’s necklace is from her jewelry line House of Harlow 1960.

RMCF provides general and program grants to nonprofit organizations in the U.S. and abroad primarily in the areas of healthcare, education and human rights. They recently announced the launch of their “Text CHILD to 90999″ fundraising campaign. (Each text message will raise $5 for the cause, billed directly to the donor’s phone bill.) The campaign will raise funds for kids-in-need. Nicole and Joel’s s first goal is to build a playground at Beyond Shelter.

Creator Josh Schwartz tells OK!, “The premise of the episode is Sarah (Yvonne Strahovski) has to go back to her high school reunion where she was not so popular and not nearly as beautiful. While there, things go awry. The old high school shower becomes the location of a seriously wet showdown.”

“She was really into the action,” Schwartz told People. “She was like, ‘how much a– am I allowed to kick, and when can I start kicking it?’ She came really prepared. She was just really sweet. Everyone really enjoyed working with her.”

Though Nicole’s 2005 plans to wed Adam “DJ AM” Goldstein fell apart a while ago, she held on to a special souvenir: the vintage Halston dress she wore to her engagement party. But now she’s ready to let it go — to your closet!

The gorgeous gold gown — worth more than $10,000 — is being sold at the chic consignment store Fisch for The Hip in New York. At size 0, it may not fit the average shopper, but it’s being sold for the relatively bargain price of $3,000.

“Nicole loved this dress. It’s a piece of art and she was so excited to wear it for her engagement party to Adam,” an insider tells In Touch, pointing out that because Nicole is now with Joel Madden, father of her baby daughter, Harlow, “It was time for a change, obviously.”

Nicole, 26, is reportedly shopping for a new Beverly Hills home with Joel. They just bought a condo in NYC, too.

Joel Madden and his brother Benji are reportedly partners behind a new Vegas hotspot called “Wasted Space”. Benji recently said, “[It’s] going to basically be the “coolest place in Vegas to hang!” The hotspot opens on July 19th.

Aspiring jewelry designer Nicole Richie walks to Mo’s Find Food restaurant with a gal pal in Los Angeles on Tuesday.

The 26-year-old told People that upcoming bling line will be produced with Mouawad, the company who also does Heidi Klum’s fine jewelry collection.

Explained Nicole, “It’s all costume jewelry. I like to play with jewelry and mix and match. [I’m working with] this really talented woman named Shelley Gibbs. She’s an artist and she sketches everything.”

But baby Harlow is still her most important priority: “Everyone’s been really mellow and able to work around my schedule. If I need to go feed the baby, I do it.”
