and soft pleats. "There's a softness in the clothes, but she's still a little sexy," said Carrigan, pointing to bright turquoise stiletto sandal with sporty straps wrapping the ankle from the CK Calvin Klein collection.
Also new for spring will be the CK Calvin Klein Beauty collection, which will be sold in stores such as Macy's and Dillards. Similar to the pops of color in the clothing line, Carrigan said that the collection will be about "playing with color on the face." Coral for the lips and eyes and blue or turquoise eye pencils will be just some of the major CK Calvin Klein beauty looks for the spring collection.
And no Calvin Klein presentation would be complete without the label's infamous underwear, modeled in the flesh, of course. Classic boxer briefs were given a jolt of color like turquoise, while women's underwear featured delicate touches of metallic lace.

Basics at Gap... and Stylish Stuff At Delia's?
So, I went shopping with my mom after skating today (yes, i am a figure skater...) and we went to Gap. Lately, most of Gap's stuff has been crap, with a few cute things thrown in. Ok, I'm all for fighting aids but half that red stuff was just fugly. Anyway, before I go off on a total rant, I got some basics.
Yay for knock-offs!
And yay for hearts! But, the most awful thing happened while I was at Delia's... I found a page titled heart shaped sunglasses. The picture wouldn't load. AHHHHHHH! If other people start wearing them they won't be my thing anymore! And I haven't even gotten my UO ones yet..Off to go post pictures of myself wearing the sunglasses on my facebook pronto.
And my personal favorite:
Oh Em GEE! How adorable can you get??I thought those dresses were just a blip on Delia's radar though. But then I came to the shoes.
In case you haven't noticed yet, I love yellow.
I know polka dots are like so over, but these are so cute...
A crisp blue shirt for when I feel all buisness casual.... And for Youth and Government.
I really wanted this shirt dress, but my mom drew the line at 70 bucks. (I would have totally paired it with a better belt)So i got this dress. Cute, but I'm regretting getting it. I kind of want something with more pizazz.
Whatever. Anyway, I just got an email from Delia's telling me to check out their new spring line. This fall I became totally disgusted with Delia's and I was all like "It's for teenyboppers! I hate it! they have no style!"But then I took a look at their spring line. They still have the usual crap, like this:
But then, I got to the dress section and I found a ton of cute ones. Like these:

The Perfect Pair of Heart Shaped Sunglasses=Nirvana
Tres chic, francais-esque scarf I can tie around my neck!
Adorable LWS. (Little White Slip for those of you not in the know)
Risky business sunglasses! YES!Ok, and tell me if you agree about this next item:
I love baby dolls. I love this whole empire waist trend. But don't you think selling a fugly maternity dress is a little over the top Urban Outfiiters? Notice how even the model looks six months preggers. And with those touching last words, I leave you until my next post. (Which will be soon)
Ever since I saw this cover of Lula last summer? Spring? je ne sais pas. Anyways, since then I have been on a quest. A quest for the perfect pair of heart-shaped sunglasses. In september, I purchased this pair off of Fred Flare. Very nice. But not quite as plasticky and vintage lolita looking as the Lula ones.
I was still not satisfied though. I was on my journey to find sunglasses nirvana. Inspiration struck again when I was browsing the Urban Outfitters website as I often do, in October. What did I find there? Perfection. Pure sugary-sweet, Lolita perfection.
However, I didn't order them until now. Why? Mainly laziness and lack of funds. They ran out of these several times but luckily they always came back into stock. And I just 175 dollars worth of Urban Outfitters giftcards from my 2 aunts and my grandma. Yes! I will wear these everywhere. I will wear wear them with my badass leather hotpants. But the problem is, now that they are selling them on Urban Outfitters, is it a bonified trend? My heart-shaped sunglasses will quickly lose their kooky, sugary appeal if every selfrespecting hipster is soon spotted wearing them on The Cobra Snake. Only time will tell, my friends. Would you like to know what else I bought on Urban Outiftters dot com? Well, let's just say they are all pretty much the antithesis of leather hot pants, if the sunglasses didn't tip you off.
$6 heart and arrow earrings for when I feel like cupid.
Little Miss Sunshine shirt because let's face it, I am Little Miss Sunshine most days. My room is painted in shades of bright yellow, tangerine with green and pink accents. Self explanatory.
