Blake Lively shows off quite a bit of leg (even though it’s hidden underneath her dress) as leaves her trailer and walks to the Palace Hotel to film new scenes for her hit CW show, Gossip Girl, in New York City on Wednesday.

Gossip Girl starlet Blake Lively (in Burberry Prorsum) attends New Yorkers for Children’s Ninth Annual Fall Gala held at Cipriani 42nd Street on Tuesday in New York City.

The Fall Gala is NYFC’s major fundraising event which has raised significant funds to assist children in foster care in New York City. Last year’s Gala raised nearly $2 million, and this year’s event is nearly sold out. Law & Order: SVU star Mariska Hargitay was the Special Guest for the evening.

Gossip Girl star Blake Lively celebrated her 21st birthday with a flapper-themed party at the New York Palace Hotel in NYC on Sept. 6.

“I love to plan parties,” Blake tells Life & Style. “That would be my career if I weren’t an actress.”

Blake’s high school friends and family were among the crowd, along with Gossip Girl co-stars Chace Crawford, Leighton Meester, Jessica Szohr, Ed Westwick, Connor Paolo and Michelle Trachtenberg. And of course, her boyfriend (and co-star) Penn Badgley was there too. James Franco was also on hand, and crooner Michael Bublé even sang “Happy Birthday” to Blake!

“They were very cozy,” a partygoer reveals. “They seem as if they’ve known each other forever.”

Blake also celebrated her 21st birthday this past weekend in the city: “I had a wonderful birthday. I had lots of friends and family come in to celebrate with me. … Just getting to be around everyone was really incredible - everyone I don’t normally get to see working so much here in New York.”

And when asked what she’s going to give Blake, Leighton said with a wave of her hand, “That girl has everything.”

The 20-year-old actress has been trying to put to rest a possible feud with Traveling Pants co-star America Ferrera. Apparently America rolled her eyes during an interview when Blake began talking about the upcoming season of her CW drama, Gossip Girl. Blake responded, “I haven’t even heard about it. I don’t ever pay attention to that stuff. She’s one of my best friends in the whole wide world and honestly, when you’re sitting in a room for three hours doing satellite interviews… We were staring at a Post-It (note) with a smiley face, so I think I probably rolled my eyes a hundred times. I’m like, ‘Oh gosh, this thing is still going on?”
