Miley Cyrus’s “special friend” Justin Gaston just shot the new Just Cavalli Spring 2009 worldwide campaign with British supermodel Kate Moss, according to his modeling agency Vision Model Management.

The campaign was shot in Los Angeles by famed photographers Mert & Marcus. (They are the same team who is shooting Victoria Beckham’s new ads for Giorgio Armani’s Emporio Armani women’s underwear collection.)

The 21-year-old actress, who stepped out in Jimmy Choo’s “Even” Suede Sandals, did a little rumor control at the event, telling People: “Spread the word – I’m not dating Mickey Rourke. Everybody thinks we’re dating and we’re not. Mickey and I bonded while shooting The Wrestler and we became friends, but nothing more. I guess, because of my recent break up, I will be linked to many people, but I am not interested in pursuing a relationship at this point in my life. Any such rumor should not be taken seriously. We are proud of the film we made together and I hope people will focus on the film and not get distracted by any nonsense.”

Rihanna is on the mend, enjoying some retail therapy with “special friend” Chris Brown at the Diesel store in Sydney’s Paddington in Australia on Monday.

According to the Herald Sun, the couple were hand-in-hand and even hand-on-thigh while out shopping. Hubba hubba!

Chris picked up some underwear and a hot pink jacket while his Good Girl Gone Bad preferred jeans, perfume and a tracksuit. Mr. Brown even picked items for the “Umbrella” singer to try on!

Hayden Christensen and girlfriend Rachel Bilson go up a construction boom lift and check in on the progress of the new farmhouse they are having built in Uxbridge, Ontario on Sunday.

Accompanying the couple in Canada was Hayden’s mom, Alie. The trio then went to the bank and then did some early Christmas shopping.

“I recently acquired a farm north of Toronto,” Hayden has said. “And I just bought a big excavator and a dump truck and a bobcat – construction toys. I plan to start building soon. I can’t wait to go out there and move dirt and get my hands dirty. It’s currently a hay farm, but I want it to be a working farm. I want to fill the barn with livestock. First pigs, then cattle and horses. Get some sheep, some goats. Maybe an alpaca.”

He has also spoken of planting lavender fields: “It doesn’t require much maintenance, but apparently it’s a b—- to harvest, because you have to cut it all by hand.”
