Justin Gaston spoon-feeds ice cream to girlfriend Miley Cyrus at Hollywood’s Funkiest Milkshake bar, Millions of Milkshakes, on Tuesday in West Hollywood.

The 15-year-old Hannah Montana star created her own shake flavor and had it named after her. Miley, 15, and Justin, 20, were also joined by her maltipoo Sophie, Nashville BFF Lesley, momager Tish, country superstar father Billy Ray and older sister Brandi.

Madonna cryptically announced at her Oct. 6 concert in NYC, “In exactly 29 moves, the Queen will trump the King!”

Coincidentally — or not — she had 29 more dates on her U.S. tour, according to Star. But now it seems Madonna couldn’t wait that long!

“Madonna and Guy Ritchie have agreed to divorce after 7 1/2 years of marriage,” her rep confirmed.

Madonna and Guy have one son together, Rocco, 8, as well as an adopted son David, 2. Madonna also has a daughter, Lourdes, 12, with ex, Carlos Leon.

An A-Rod source reveals, “A-Rod and Madonna are more involved than ever. Alex has really missed spending time with Madonna. However, he understands the position Madonna’s in.”

Desperate Housewives star Gale Harold was seriously injured yesterday in a motorcycle accident, reports TMZ. (On the hit ABC show, Gale plays Jackson on Wisteria Lane–the boyfriend of Susan, played by Teri Hatcher.)

The 39-year-old former Queer as Folk star was taken to the Neurosurgical Intensive Care Unit at L.A. County - USC Medical Center. Hospital sources confirmed he’s in “stable condition.”

According to Britain’s The Sun newspaper, the couple decided to go public with the split now because they “can’t bear to live with the pretense any longer… A series of rows around Guy’s 40th birthday last month were so bad that Madge ended up storming out of the house and Guy’s had enough.”
