“Candy From Strangers,” the first single from Britney Spears‘ sixth studio album was leaked on Tuesday.

“She’s working with a team of top-notch producers and songwriters and we’re very excited about what she’s accomplished so far,” her manager Larry Rudolph explained.

Britney will release her latest album, “Circus” on Dec. 2, coinciding with her birthday.

Miley Cyrus has been dating 20-year-old Justin Gaston, an underwear model and aspiring country singer.

“Miley and Justin were really playful with each other,” an eyewitness at the evangelical church tells OK!. “And for being with her parents, they were extremely touchy-feely. Miley had her hands on Justin’s stomach. They definitely seemed like a couple. Her parents, Billy Ray and Tish, really gave them space.”

Billy Ray, who is a host on Nashville Star, reportedly took Gaston under his wing, eventually introducing him to Miley three months ago, in June.

Allen Osborne, Men’s Director at Vision Modeling, where Gaston is signed, said,
“He doesn’t drink. He doesn’t smoke. He’s a very up-and-up guy.”

Starting this Friday, Scarlett Johansson and actress pal Eva Mendes will be featured in a series of PSAs to encourage cell phone recycling. The celebrity pair are building awareness for this cause in hopes of lowering CO2 emissions by limiting the energy needed to create new phones.

Environmental Media Association and Lionsgate teamed up for the cell phone recycling campaign in conjunction with the December 25th release The Spirit, which stars both sexpots Scarlett and Eva. The live-action film will be directed by Frank Miller (Sin City) and the official website can be found at MyCityScreams.com.

Dakota Fanning arrives at the New York premiere of Hounddog at the Village East Cinemas in New York City on Tuesday.

The 14-year-old actress plays Lewellen, a young girl who grows up down South in the ’50s and worships Elvis Presley. Deborah Kampmeier directs the film and Robin Wright Penn makes an appearance in the film.

The film had its debut at the 2007 Sundance Film Festival and hits theaters this weekend.

Nick Jonas of the Jonas Brothers takes his new pet pooch for a walk outside his home in Toluca Lake, Calif., on Tuesday afternoon (his sweet sixteen!!!).

The 16-year-old pop star received his puppy as a birthday gift from a special someone today. Nick shared his birthday wish to Twist last month: “I want a dog. A big dog!” Nick also gave a big thumbs up to photographers during his neighborhood stroll.

The JoBros also recently spoke about their upcoming schedule, saying, “We are starting our TV show next week and will be busy with the show until then. We will be going out for special performances throughout the year. Hopefully, we can make it to your area but we will not be out on an official tour until June or July.”

Danger, danger, candy from a stranger…

BritneySpearsCircusLeak.com is a new website that claims to have the first leaked single “Candy From Strangers” from Britney Spears‘ sixth studio album, Circus. Interestingly enough, the radio station 97.9 Kiss FM has the same song posted on their website at 979kissfm.com. An unofficial official leak, perhaps?

The song starts off like “Hot as Ice” from Britney’s latest album, Blackout. “Candy From Strangers” reportedly features Laze & Royal. Brit or not, the song sure is super catchy!

Earlier this week, her label Jive/Zomba announced that her first official single would be “Womanizer”, and will drop on Monday, Sept. 22.

“So much to tell you, sorry I’ve been crazy busy the last few days, running around, celebrating my birthday, and running in (and singing the National Anthem for) the Susan G Komen race for the cure on Sunday in Central Park. Wanted to share with you some pics from my bday dinner, it was very very fun, just a bunch of family and friends (no crazy party at a nightclub!), and a LOT of food – I mean, almost 3 pieces of gluten free white chocolate mouse cheesecake! I love bdays, I wish I could celebrate them for the whole month. I ate cupcake topping at 10am, tasti-d-lite at noon, caramel popcorn all afternoon and then the cake after dinner. Phewf!
