“Nicole loved this dress. It’s a piece of art and she was so excited to wear it for her engagement party to Adam,” an insider tells In Touch, pointing out that because Nicole is now with Joel Madden, father of her baby daughter, Harlow, “It was time for a change, obviously.”

Nicole, 26, is reportedly shopping for a new Beverly Hills home with Joel. They just bought a condo in NYC, too.

Gossip Girl star Blake Lively gets peed on by her dog, Penny, while out and about in midtown Manhattan on Wednesday afternoon.

Blake was carrying her pet pooch when Penny had to go wee-wee. Thankfully, a friend of Blake’s came to the rescue and handed her a “Container Store” shopping to cover herself up.

The 33-year-old soccer stud is expected to greet customers later today and debut the new image on a mural at Macy’s that overlooks a 6,000-seat amphitheatre in San Francisco.

The ads, shot on Malibu’s beach by fashion photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, will appear in sport, fashion and lifestyle magazines and on billboards in major cities such as New York, Los Angeles, London, Milan, Rome, Paris and Tokyo. The print magazine ad will debut in the August edition of Vanity Fair.

Beckham is also up for Choice Male Athlete, going up against Kobe Bryant, LeBron James, and Tiger Woods.

Charlize Theron showed off her gorgeous gams in a gorgeous black dress with a daringly high slit at the Hancock premiere at Vue West End Cinema in Leicester Square on Wednesday in London.

“The kids don’t even really understand how famous she is,” said the kids’ teacher Kathy Amati. “They just really like her singing and dancing.”

Sienna just confirmed that she’s set to play Maid Marian alongside Russell Crowe’s Sheriff of Nottingham in the new remake of Robin Hood.

“I just found out,” Sienna, 26, tells the BBC. “It’s the most exciting news in the world. It’s ridiculous. But there’s this looming actor’s strike, so it’s not 100% sure that it’s going to be made, but it’s looking pretty certain.”

Crowe will team up with Gladiator director Ridley Scott again for Robin Hood.

U.S. presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama celebrated Father's Day by calling on black fathers to become more active in raising their children.

Obama, accompanied by his wife Michelle and daughters Sasha and Malia, took part in Father's Day services near their house at the Apostolic Church of God -- a large, predominantly black church in the South Side of Chicago.

In his 30-minute speech, Obama spoke about the particular struggles of African Americans and noted that more than half of all black children live in single-parent households.

"What I've realized is that life doesn't count for much unless you're willing to do your small part to leave our children -- all of our children -- a better world," he said.

The Illinois senator said American men need to become more responsible parents. He criticized African-American fathers who "have abandoned their responsibilities, acting like boys instead of men."

Obama bluntly said: "Any fool can have a child. That doesn't make you a father. It's the courage to raise a child that makes you a father."

Obama reminded the congregation of his firsthand experience growing up without a dad. The Illinois senator said he was lucky to have loving grandparents who helped his mother.

He got support, second chances and scholarships that helped him get an education. Obama's father left when he was 2.

This was Obama's first time attending a church service since he announced last month that he had quit Trinity United Church of Christ, which he had attended for 16 years, as he sought to calm concerns about comments by pastors there.

The presumptive Democratic presidential nominee heads back to the campaign trail on Monday with a trip to Michigan, a key state in his November face-off with Republican candidate John McCain.
