Doug Pitt to Brother Brad: Let’s Care to Learn!
Doug Pitt, the younger brother of Hollywood actor Brad Pitt is speaking out about his “Care to Learn” Project, which is all about kids’ health, hunger and hygiene.
Says Doug, “The idea was to help kids that show up on a school day with an immediate need. We need to get to them quick, obviously. So we set up this fund to do just that. Last week, we had a kid need clothes and food. And within 20 minutes - from the phone call - counselors, teachers, principals, make a call to the Foundation for Springfield Public Schools. And they’re on it. They now have the funds to address that urgent need.”

The Hills‘ resident feminist hero Heidi Montag seems to be addicted to plastic surgery.
Last year, the 21-year-old fashion designer admitted to rhinoplasty and breast augmentation. Later on in the year, Heidi showed off a new pair of lips.
But she’s not done yet, according to Life & Style. Ms. Montag is considering getting a new pair of Hills. She’s considering butt implants!

Kristy Lee Cook, the American Idol contestant given the boot just yesterday, is engaged.
And no, not to her horse!
Us Weekly reports boyfriend Andrew Dobner, 25, first popped the question to Kristy Lee, 24, on March 17 but then then proposed again last night on Idol.
The Oregon native said they kept the news “on the down-low [because she] just wanted to be focused on Idol.”
“He actually got down on his knee this time,” Cook said. “He owed it to me!”
Kristy Lee expects to tie the knot in June 2009. Congrats, KLC!
